Ristorante Santi

This is what I was served today. I paid 24€ for that. Cannot recommend this place, not for food nor service. We had a late pasta dinner from the daily menu, a creamy fish sauce, why would it be brown? It seemed like they ran out of sauce by the time they made my dish, because it was mostly just sauce with some pasta. I tried to eat it but gave up not even halfway, it was so bad it was difficult to swallow. I told the waitress the sauce is basically out of date and I'm unable to eat it. She asked if they can bring something else and I said maybe bring a little of the cheese pasta that the table next to us was having. They brought what seemed like a full portion, and I ate what I could. The bill was a surprise: they were charging both dishes. Seems like a very poor way to handle a situation where you bring a customer a badly prepared dish, and after specifically asking the customer if they can bring something else, they charge both. They agreed to charge a few euros less for the second, cheaper dish, but still charged the full price for the bad dish. Avoid.

You can take any dish and I bet that it's good! Todays menu was 10€. It was very good and full! House white wine was good also. Only minus is that we eat our first food and second food came so the second food gets little bit cold, but was still good. I think that the prices are low but food is good and dishes are big! Worth of going. Really nearby at the Termini station.

Pizza was horrible. Probably the worst I’ve ever tasted in Italy. And I’ve tasted many throughout the country. The spaghetti with regular sauce was horrible. Service was horrible. Took 15 minutes to get 4 pieces of ice (/2 inch square )for two people. Don’t recommend. We will try the place across the street tomorrow evening. The 4 star rating was not accurate!!!
